IMPORTANT NOTES: Tickets will be sent out two weeks before the concert. You will receive an e-mail acknowledgment of your purchase. ALL TICKETS BOUGHT AFTER 9TH JULY WILL NOT BE POSTED. Please pick them up from the Box Office on the night of the concert. Box Office opens at 5pm on Saturday 19th July. No refund can be made if the performance is cancelled due to inclement weather or any other circumstances beyond the control of the organisers. GAZEBOS You can order a voucher for gazebo space around the walls, which is sold on a first come first served basis. A single voucher is for a space of 10' x 10' and is £12.50 in the lower garden nearer the stage, and £10.00 in the upper garden. You can order a maximum of two spaces. Your space will be marked with your name. Picnic tables must be placed inside the gazebo. Entry will be at 6 pm on the night of the concert or between 5.30 pm and 7.00 pm on Friday evening. PRIVACY POLICY Any personal data supplied by you may be used by Adralava Ltd for its own administration and marketing purposes. We will not divulge any of your personal data to anyone outside Adralava Ltd.
